Rates:
Note: All rates include a hearty, country breakfast.
- Starting at $125 for 1-2 persons per night for small guest houses, sleeps 4 with 1 to 1-1/2 bath.
- Starting at $165 for 1-2 persons per night for larger guest house, sleeps 8 with 2 full baths and kitchenette.
Add 9.25% city & state tax plus 3% parish tax.
Minimum two nights stay.
- Private rental of the entire retreat center rates are available along with our professional catering. Please call for availability and pricing..
Note:
- Reservations confirmed on receipt of deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and personal chccks. Ifyou arrange to pay by check, full payment is due at least 14 days prior to arrival. Reservation confirmation will be supplied by e-mail or U.S. postal service.
- Check-in 3 pm and checkout 1 pm or by prior arrangement.
- The Rivers Retreat Center is a smoke-free Inn. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
Deposits:
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of one nights lodging
Cozy cabins - $125, Larger cabin - $175 per room is required at the time of booking. Holiday and Special Event periods require payment IN FULL 30 days prior to stay or at time of booking.
Holiday and Special Event Periods Include: Mardi Gras,
Jazz Fest, Easter, July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas and
New Years (including Sugar Bowl).
Deposits may be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express or checks. No payments by check or Travelers Checks will be accepted at check in.
Cancellations
Because we book months in advance, cancellations within 14 days of check-in are subject to charge for the entire reservation if room cannot be comparably re-booked. Any nights that are re-booked will be refunded. Cancellations at least 2 weeks prior to check-in date will receive a full refund, except for a $50.00 cancellation fee. Holiday weekend cancellation fee is $100.00.
