Payments: A deposit of 25% is required to hold your event date. An additional deposit of 25% is due upon completion of the confirmed contract. A guaranteed guest count and final payment is due three (3) weeks before your event. A cancellation notice is required in writing 120 days prior to your event date. A refund will be issued once written notice is received.
Bridal Registry: The Rivers offers a unique service for the bride and groom. Register with our Bridal Registry and, instead of receiving yet another toaster for a wedding gift, your family and friends can purchase a Wedding Gift Certificate and contribute to the actual wedding ceremony itself.
